Poseidon is an all-in-one cybersecurity utility hub that aggregates existing third-party security tools into a unified interface.
The initial release focuses on ad security-testing modules intended for authorized security testing, research, education, and system hardening, with additional defensi planned for future updates.
> Authorized Use Only
>
> Poseidon is intended for use on systems, networks, applications, devices, and data that you own or ha permission to test.
>
> You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and authorization requirements. Poseidon does not grant permission to test any system.
Think of Poseidon like a hammer: in the right hands, it can build and strengthen; in the wrong hands, it can cause harm. We build the tool; users are responsible for how they use it.
Poseidon does not generate attack targets, attack plans, or commands for users. Effective use of its tools requires appropriate technical knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, operating systems, and system administration. Poseidon is not intended to replace that knowledge.

Current release: Arch Linux x86-64
Poseidon is distributed as a self-contained application, so the official Linux release does not require a separate .NET installation.
The recommended way to install Poseidon is through the official GitHub Release.
1. Go to the latest Poseidon release.
2. Download Poseidon-x86_64.AppImage.
3. Make the AppImage executable:
4. Launch it:
You can also launch the AppImage directly from your file manager after granting it executable permission.
> Note: The AppImage provides the Poseidon application itself as a self-contained package. Some Poseidon modules depend on external third-party security utilities, which may need to be installed separately and may not be a on every Linux distribution.
The current official release is de and tested on Arch Linux x86-64.
The AppImage may run on other x86-64 Linux distributions, but full functionality is not guaranteed outside the currently supported platform.
* Unified graphical interface for cybersecurity utilities
* Interfaces for selected third-party security tools
* Security-testing and research utilities
* System information and utility functions
* Designed with authorized testing and research in mind
* Additional defensi planned for future releases
